PRESSURE SINTERING MOULDS
Home Products
Pressure sintering is the method of holding diamond powder in special moulds with various mixtures at high temperatures and under pressure. Since high temperatures are in equation, graphite becomes the solution raw material for the moulds. In electrical resistance heating workbenches, the heat that will be applied to products which are going to be sintered in various forms and dimensions, are obtained by current flow through graphite based sockets that contain the powder. With our wide range of grades in our stock and experience in the industry, Teknik Grafit is proud to provide the best solution that would minimize energy consumption and loss of goods caused due to fragile graphite plates.
