Vanes for Vacuum Pumps

Printing, packaging and similar industries that use compressed air or vacuums need sliding components in order to create pressure on their vacuum pumps and compressors. Such components are called “vanes”. Depending on vacuums’ place of usage, vanes are benefited both in dry and lubricated environments. In dry systems, in order to prevent dry friction one must use a self-lubricant graphite vane. Also, to ensure lubrication, specifically designed elastic and non-brittle fiber composite vanes are used. Teknik Grafit Ltd. is proud to make a name for itself in compressed air and vacuum manufacturing industries for producing all types of vanes. Our production range includes all sizes of vanes based on graphite or phenolic fiber, operating in any environment whether dry or lubricated. With more than 30 years of experience and investment in technology we are able to help our customers from all around the world with their specific requirement. We are proud to have business associates in milking, printing, automotive,  packaging, medicine and laboratory pneumatic tube systems. In the side table, you can observe the list with the most commonly used sizes in milking industry.  In the table below, you can also see the common sizes produced for industrial type vacuum pumps.
